Following the success of the European Utility Awards in 2005, 2006 and 2007, Synergy is pleased to announce the 2008 European Utility Awards to celebrate examples of high-performance within the industry.

Over the years we have sought key examples from utilities and their service providers that have applied practical Metering, Billing and CRM and improvements in the performance. These awards will celebrate excellence within the industry and encourage great ideas that will help take the industry to new levels.

Nominations for the following categories are open now:

• Business performance
• Customer excellence
• Innovation

Award nominations must be submitted no later than August 25th, 2008.

The European Utility Awards will be presented during the Metering, Billing/CRM Europe conference and exhibition, 22-24 September 2008.
